Alright you guys! Going to show some fun drawing project I've been working on.

I always wanted to draw a picture with a motorcycle, why? Because I always wanted one but one way to have one is to draw it and put it on a sweater 😆

The drawing design i thought about was a girl riding a Ducati scrambler because it was described for people for certain height and i felt ah thats perfect xD plus the colors where lovely. But I thought maybe for my drawing I would make the motorcycle more light blue and have the rider have pets with them. Because they now have carriers for pet rides.

Here are the first drawings they were sketch out first and then inked and colored.

  • I used copic markers for the face and hair

  • Had to use certain inks so the alcohol markers won't bleed

  • Used a glass pen for the outline (my bestie gave it to for my birthday)

  • Used acrylic paint for the motorcycle along with colored pencils and used alcohol markers copics and a off brand, that was used as a base color: Grey.

I used a poster board Strathmore® 400 Series Large Bristol Vellum Sheet
  • "perfect for a wide range of media applications. The vellum finish is excellent for pencil, pastel, airbrush and mixed media, and it's rated good for charcoal, pen and ink, marker and oil pastel." Says the michaels store description .

  • Details:

  • White

  • 22" x 30"

  • 4 ply

  • Acid free

  • Vellum finish

As you can see the dimensions are large 22x30" so it did take a while to color the characters

I also didn't have an art desk so everything was mostly colored on the floor .

I had a shoe with me for drawing reference it was fun being able to use traditional inks for this a good way to step back from the computer for a bit.

Pretty cool set up for now right! Later I will paint a background but thats for another time. For now I had to scan it and when that is done I will clean it on on the computer and get it ready to make a cute sweater!

Alright now that the images were scanned and cleaned up i finally made a cute illustration for the sweater and have finally posted it on my website

The sweet part I did was make a cute size chart with my oc character! I think it brings in the design more relevant or shows how it relates to her being my original character.

Anywho I think in all the design is fun and shows that even girls love the motorcycle vibes

You can find the shirt at http://cvillacis.com/shop

It's for Pre-orders but they should arrive earlier before September ends .
